Title: Green Beans with Walnut Dressing - Sl 11/94

Yield: 8 Servings

2lbFresh green beans
3qt;water
1/2cGreen onions; finely chopped
1/3cOlive oil
1/4cCider vinegar
1/4cFresh parsley; chopped
1/4cFresh dill; chopped
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
3/4cWalnuts; toasted & coarsely chopped
Wash beans; trim ends.

Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans, and toss gently. Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold. Yield: 8 servings.
